RETURN- REFUND POLICY
We have a 2-day return policy. This means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item is eligible for return if:
If we have shipped out the wrong item (colour, size, design, aroma, flavor etc.)
If the item you received is damaged / defective
Your item must me in the same condition you received it (unused or unworn, in it’s original packaging, and with any tags).
You must show proof of purchase (order id number)
We only ship locally therefore it is your responsibility to check your item as soon as you receive it. If you fail to contact us within 2 days after you receive your item, it will be considered used and not eligible for return.
Firstly, you have to make a return request. To do so, contact us on email@example.com with evidence that justify the above reasons you want to return your item for. Once we accept your evidence then we will give you all the information you need to return your item. We will not accept returns without a return email request, or for products that exceed our 2-day return policy.
We will respond to your request to let you know whether or not we accept it.
A refund option is only available if your item is returned for the above reasons only, and additionally not suitable for replacement. That is a matter of stock availability. If we cannot replace your item then we will return the full amount to you via bank transfer/ online apps/ in cash If possible after discussing with you.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
We currently only ship in Cyprus.
We use a local door-to-door Courier Service. Your item will reach you within 3-7 working days. The driver will use the contact information you provide at check out to reach you and notify you of your order delivery date/time.
Who pays for shipping to return/replace the product?
If we approve your return request, we will handle the return shipping cost and the replacement item shipping cost. A free pick up option will also be available.
