*Scrapping therapy has strict requirements on direction, time, technique and intensity,
Scrapping is not suitable for scraping back and forth. Use scraping motions only in one direction (for the face, always outwards to the ears and upwards to the forehead) . You should only use your Gua Sha tool for the face as you are not a Therapist nor you have instructions to do otherwise. Do not use a back and forth motion over the same spot.
*Scrapping is prohibited on the eyes, lips, tongue, ear holes, nostrils.
